Dispute resolution

PURSUANT TO LAW No. 144/2015, OF 8/09, WE INFORM THAT:

In the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer who is a private consumer may resort to one of the following Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (RAL) entities:

• National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org);

• Algarve Consumer Dispute Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center (www.consumidoronline.pt);

• Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center of the District of Coimbra (www.centrodearbitragemdecoimbra.com);

• Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt);

• Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Center (www.cicap.pt);

• Vale do Ave Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center (www.triave.pt);

• Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center (www.ciab.pt).

Except for the conclusion of a prior agreement, RAL procedures are voluntary, so we reserve the right not to participate / adhere to RAL procedures.
